Here’s the latest news from our team on the Genesis Home Energy Project. Legend Development is to offer Full Renewable Energy Generation Systems for new designs and retrofit clients, LDLLC has eyes on several properties for its prototype home. The prototype will be a moderately sized, ultra-high efficiency, single family home, and will incorporate vertical axis wind turbine and latest patented solar cells integrated and woven into the project. Combining available electric grid will enable more flexibility in power usage. We have identified opportunities in Hillsborough County, Collier County, Pasco County, and Charlotte County. And we’re remaining open to creative opportunities and joint ventures with very forward-thinking developers.
