Here’s the latest news from our team on the Genesis Home Energy Project. Legend Development is to offer Full Renewable Energy Generation Systems for new designs and retrofit clients, LDLLC has eyes on several properties for its prototype home. The prototype will be a moderately sized, ultra-high efficiency, single family home, and will incorporate vertical axis wind turbine and latest patented solar cells integrated and woven into the project. Combining available electric grid will enable more flexibility in power usage. We have identified opportunities in Hillsborough County, Collier County, Pasco County, and Charlotte County. And we’re remaining open to creative opportunities and joint ventures with very forward-thinking developers.

Legend Development founder, Bill Parker, met with the SCLC today, March 8th, and crafted an agreement to assist them with their Affordable Housing Initiative in Atlanta, Georgia. The SCLC was thrilled to work with and learn from Parker, and looks forward to an ongoing exploration of the possibilities of renewable energy tech integration in future projects.

Legend Development’s planning is finally coming off the page and our Genesis Home Energy Project is gaining momentum. We are in the final stages of selecting the property for our ultra-efficient community prototype, and our partners are helping us reach the level of efficiency we’ve been dreaming of on all renewable sources.
